Client will have access to support anytime day or night that they are in need. Clients may call and be supported on the phone or request a “crisis house call” in their homes or in the community.

Parents’ expectations, experience of parenting and evolved parenting skills are assessed. Youth’s needs are assessed.

Parents are coached towards evolving their parenting skills to meet the needs of their child.

An “Anger Management Program” will be developed to suit clients needs outlining concepts of anger and the sources of anger as well as tools for managing anger.

Assessing clients life skills needs which may range from correct table manners to social skills development and proximics.

Assisting youth in developing community survival skills. Developing community resources, identifying potential risks to safety, discerning safe topics and appropriating healthy acquaintances and friendships.

Teaching and modeling problem solving techniques.

Clients are met in their homes. An assessment is made regarding recommendations for comfort, structure and safety of the clients as well as high lighting areas of concerns and “tell tale signs”.

Helping youth learn how to express their needs, fears, concerns and issues in a respectful manner yet have intense impact on parents/adults and siblings/peers.

Providing parent relief and support within the home mentoring parenting techniques or managing youth’s behavior in the home.
